CDU — Coolant Distribution Units

Rack-level and row-level CDUs delivering 200kW, 500kW, and 1MW+ cooling capacity. Precision temperature control ±0.5°C, achieving PUE as low as 1.05. OCP-compliant designs for both new builds and retrofit deployments.

Quick-Disconnect Fittings

Leak-proof UQD quick connectors rated for 100,000+ cycle life and 40MPa pressure. Drip-free disconnect (<0.001 mL/min). Includes coolant manifolds, blind-mate floating connectors, and EPDM/FEP tubing. Compatible with all major CDU platforms including CoolIT, Asetek, and Boyd.

Immersion Cooling Fluids

Single-phase and two-phase dielectric coolants: fluorinated fluids (99.999% purity), synthetic oils, and modified silicone oils. Thermal conductivity >6 W/m·K. Cost-effective 3M Novec alternatives at 30–50% lower cost. 5+ year fluid lifespan, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environmentally sustainable.
