QD4-HF quick disconnects enable hot-swap maintenance of GPU nodes without draining the entire liquid cooling loop. In a rack with 8 immersion-cooled H100 servers, each server's CDU return line uses QD4-HF pairs — a failed node can be isolated and removed in under 2 minutes while the remaining 7 servers continue training uninterrupted. The 12mm ID keeps flow restriction low enough for single-pump loops.
