Overview
The Delta GoCool series is a complete coolant distribution unit family for liquid-cooled AI datacentres. It spans three liquid-to-air models at 80 kW, 150 kW and 260 kW for retrofits and edge rooms, and five liquid-to-liquid models from 660 kW through 1,000 kW, 1,200 kW and 1,500 kW up to the 3,000 kW (3 MW) GoCool-3000 for hyperscale deployment.
A CDU separates the facility water loop from the technology cooling loop, delivering filtered, temperature-controlled coolant to cold plates and racks. Delta's liquid-to-liquid units handle the high heat loads of GPU-dense AI racks, while the liquid-to-air variants reject heat directly to room air where a facility water loop is unavailable.
The GoCool family is complemented by the CoolDoor rear-door heat exchanger at 30-50 kW per door, RowCool direct-expansion and chilled-water row coolers, RoomCool chilled-water hall cooling and two-phase immersion systems. Together they cover rack-level, row-level and room-level heat rejection for AI clusters.
Key Benefits
Full power range. 80 kW to 3,000 kW across one CDU family. Loop separation. Hydraulic isolation between facility water and technology cooling loops. Retrofit-friendly. Liquid-to-air models avoid the need for facility water. Hyperscale-ready. The 3 MW GoCool-3000 supports the densest AI racks. Complete ecosystem. RDHx, row coolers, room coolers and immersion from one supplier.
Applications
AI and HPC datacentre liquid cooling, GPU rack heat rejection, retrofit of air-cooled halls to liquid, edge data rooms, high-density inference clusters, two-phase immersion deployment.
