The nVent CX121 is a row-based coolant distribution unit aimed squarely at the density that NVIDIA GB200 and GB300 racks introduce. A row-based CDU sits at the end of the rack row and serves several racks from one unit, which concentrates the pump, heat exchanger and control hardware where it can be serviced without touching the racks themselves.
nVent describes the CX121 as delivering high flowrates with best-in-class reliability and states it provides roughly five times the performance of its previous generation of rack CDUs. It is part of nVent's 2026 liquid cooling portfolio, managed under the same intelligent control platform as the CZ61 and CZ62 rack-based CDUs and deployable on a pay-as-you-grow basis as a rack row fills up.
