Overview
The Accelsius NeuCool IR150 is a two-phase liquid cooling rack that delivers 150 kW of heat rejection inside a single pre-integrated enclosure. Instead of a separate CDU plus cold plates plus facility plumbing, the IR150 packages the two-phase cooling loop and the rack into one unit, which shortens the deployment path for operators adding liquid-cooled AI capacity.
Accelsius introduced the IR150 at NVIDIA GTC 2026 in March 2026 and positions it as the first integrated rack designed specifically for two-phase liquid cooling. Two-phase systems use the latent heat of vaporisation rather than sensible heating of the coolant, which lets a much lower, more uniform flow rate remove the same heat from high-TDP accelerators. The IR150 belongs to the broader Accelsius NeuCool family.
Key Benefits
150 kW in one enclosure matches a fully loaded high-density AI rack. Two-phase direct-to-chip removes heat with far less coolant flow than single-phase loops. Pre-integrated rack shortens on-site engineering compared with a CDU-plus-plumbing build. NeuCool family gives a common technology base across Accelsius products.
Applications
High-density AI training and inference racks, colocation liquid-cooling deployments, HPC clusters, and datacenter retrofits where rack power density rules out air cooling.
