Overview
The Accelsius NeuCool MR250 is the company's first row-based coolant distribution unit, delivering 250 kW of two-phase direct-to-chip cooling per rack. It can be configured as a single 1×250 kW unit or split into 2×125 kW per rack, and carries a 0.020 °C/W thermal resistance — engineered to cool the thermal load of next-generation GPU accelerators.
Because the loop is waterless and refrigerant-based, the MR250 avoids the water treatment and monitoring overhead of single-phase systems. Two-phase operation supports facility water up to 45 °C, enabling chiller-less free cooling, near-zero water consumption and an achievable PUE of 1.08.
Key Benefits
250 kW per rack two-phase capacity. Waterless dielectric loop (R1233zd(E)/R-515B) removes water-treatment overhead. 45 °C facility water enables chiller-less free cooling.
Applications
Two-phase direct-to-chip cooling for AI and HPC racks, GPU training clusters and high-density colocation where single-phase water loops are undesirable.
