80 kW+ direct cooling per rack, 100 kW total system capacity
IR150 Capacity
Up to 150 kW in a 42U rack with integrated coolant distribution unit
MR250 Capacity
250 kW of liquid cooling per rack, configurable as 1 x 250 kW or 2 x 125 kW per rack
Share of Server Heat
Targets all CPU and GPU heat — 75-80% of total server heat removed by liquid
Thermal Resistance
Less than 0.020 °C/W at the vaporator level with thermal uniformity across the chip
System Power Draw
Total system power consumption under 1.0 kW for the IR80
Coolant Properties
Non-conductive, dielectric, waterless fluid with approximately 1 GWP and 0 ODP
Leak Risk
Zero risk of water contacting electronics — non-conductive fluid protects GPUs and CPUs in the event of a leak
Facility Water Interface
Industrial condenser with isolated facility water loop; runs on warm ASHRAE W45 water or chilled water, or waterless dry tower configurations

Compatible with 42U to 52U racks, 600 mm+ width and 1,200 mm+ depth; in-rack form factor
Controls
NeuView OpenBMC-based embedded controls with 7″ touchscreen for monitoring and control
Redundancy
N+1 pumps plus redundant power supplies, core logic boards and level sensors
Serviceability
Hot-swappable main PSUs, pump PSUs, pumps and core logic board; most repairs need no HVAC technician
Power Input
120/240 VAC and 480 VAC at 50/60 Hz with N+1 phase redundancy
Plumbing
Brazed or welded stainless steel and copper tubing, 5-layer nylon braided hoses, aluminum dripless quick disconnects
Warranty
Industry-first leak protection warranty backed by a major US insurance carrier
Scalability Path
MR250 is the first of a planned series of higher-capacity NeuCool multi-rack systems
Overview
Accelsius NeuCool is a two-phase direct-to-chip cooling family built around a different physics model from conventional cold plates: instead of pumping liquid through a plate and hoping it carries heat away, NeuCool vaporators sit directly on CPUs and GPUs and promote nucleate boiling of a non-conductive dielectric refrigerant. The phase change absorbs far more heat per unit of flow than sensible heating, which is why a NeuCool vaporator is tested to 4,500 W per socket and handles heat fluxes of 250 W/cm² with hotspots above 500 W/cm².
The commercial line spans three system sizes. The NeuCool IR80 is an in-rack system rated at 80 kW+ per rack for current and next-generation CPUs and GPUs, with hot-swappable components in a familiar in-rack form factor and total system power consumption under 1 kW. The IR150 scales the same architecture to 150 kW in a 42U rack with an integrated CDU, and the MR250 delivers 250 kW per rack configurable as a single 250 kW loop or two 125 kW loops.
Because the working fluid is dielectric and non-conductive, a leak does not put GPUs at risk — a property single-phase water systems cannot claim — and Accelsius backs the design with a leak-protection warranty underwritten by a major US insurer. The iCDU runs NeuView OpenBMC controls with a 7-inch touchscreen, N+1 pumps, redundant supplies and hot-swappable logic, and interfaces to facility water (warm ASHRAE W45 or chilled) or to a waterless dry tower.
Key Benefits
Headroom for the next GPU generation: 4,500 W+ per socket and 500 W/cm² hotspot capability mean the loop is not the constraint when the next accelerator lands. Electronics-safe coolant: a dielectric, non-conductive fluid with roughly 1 GWP and 0 ODP removes the risk of water damage and the need for water treatment. Serviceable in place: hot-swappable pumps, power supplies and logic, plus an in-rack form factor, let most maintenance be handled without an HVAC technician or an outage.
Applications
High-density GPU clusters for AI training and inference, HPC facilities, retrofit of racks that air cooling can no longer support, colocation deployments with power-dense AI tenants, and water-constrained sites using dry-tower heat rejection.
