Overview
The Iceotope KUL AI node is a 3U immersion-ready server chassis that runs compute, memory, storage and power inside a sealed single-phase dielectric bath, with a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger rejecting heat to the technology-cooling system. It is configured for up to 8.6 kW with power and cooling redundancy, drawing 220-240 V single-phase over four C13 inlets.
The technology-cooling loop needs only 1.2 US gal/min (4.6 L/min) per enclosure at up to 104 deg F (40 deg C) inlet, at a rated loop pressure of 4.4 bar(g). The dielectric charge is a maximum of 5 US gal (20 L). Dual power inlets and two enhanced-spec pumps carry the redundancy, and because there are no fans the node runs near silently - which makes it usable in offices, labs and edge sites as well as in a data hall.
