Overview
The APC NetShelter Rack PDU 2G family is the reference rack-level power distribution line for AI, HPC and dense enterprise racks. Every unit in the family actively measures, displays and logs volts, amps, real power and energy, so operators know exactly how much of a 42-outlet strip is consumed before adding another GPU node.
Three deployment profiles cover most AI racks: the AP8853 delivers 7.4 kVA single-phase through 36 C13 and 6 C19 outlets; the AP8886 steps up to three-phase 22 kW with 42 outlets for high-density GPU cabinets; and the switched AP8941 / APDU9941 adds per-outlet remote on/off and recycle for locked-up compute nodes. All models integrate with EcoStruxure IT and support daisy-chaining up to four PDUs from one IP address.
Key Benefits
