Overview
The Allied Vision HR 100GigE Series is a new generation of high-resolution, high-speed area-scan cameras that push beyond the limits of 10GigE and 25GigE for demanding machine vision and AI inspection workloads.
The three models pair Sony Pregius S global-shutter CMOS sensors with 100GigE Vision connectivity over QSFP28 and RDMA streaming, delivering up to 104.9 megapixels at up to 225 fps. RDMA transfers image data directly into application memory, cutting CPU load and latency while sustaining consistent throughput for data-intensive vision and AI processing.
A compact 93 x 62 x 62 mm closed housing and advanced thermal design maintain full 100GigE streams from -10 to +60 degrees C, and fiber connectivity supports cable runs up to 10 km for large installations.
Key Benefits
No trade-off between resolution and speed. High sensor resolution, frame rates up to 225 fps, and RDMA-based transport let inspection systems capture fine detail at high throughput without compromising exposure or image quality.
Applications
Semiconductor and electronics AOI, 2D/3D automated optical inspection, laser triangulation, particle image velocimetry, medical imaging, automotive inspection, metrology and slow-motion capture.
