Overview
The LUCID Vision Labs Atlas25 is a 25GigE camera family that uses RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2) under GigE Vision 3.0 to stream very large images with reduced host involvement. The flagship configuration pairs Sony's 105 MP IMX937 global shutter sensor with a direct optical connection, producing 10240 x 10240 pixel images at 23 fps.
Below the flagship, the family is populated with four high-frame-rate models: ATV245S (24.5 MP, 90 fps, Sony IMX530), ATV204S (20.4 MP, 108.3 fps, IMX531), ATV162S (16.2 MP, 150.5 fps, IMX532) and ATV124S (12.3 MP, 176.2 fps, IMX535). All use 2.74 um global shutter sensors, C-mount optics, and a 25GigE LC duplex multimode fibre interface in monochrome or colour.
The camera body is a compact thermomechanical case designed for heat dissipation without external heatsinks or fans, giving a -20 °C to +50 °C ambient rating, no moving parts and consistent sensor performance in continuous 24/7 inspection. Active sensor alignment is used to hold the optical axis precisely, which matters at 105 MP on large-format inspection stations.
Key Benefits
25GigE RDMA for high-bandwidth streaming without host overhead. 105 MP IMX937 flagship at 23 fps. Four resolutions from 12.3 to 24.5 MP at up to 176 fps. Fanless, -20 °C to +50 °C case with no moving parts.
Applications
Large-format flat-panel and PCB inspection, semiconductor wafer and electronics AOI, high-speed multi-camera lines, print and web inspection, and any application where 12-105 MP must move over Ethernet without dropping frames.
