Overview

The ARBOR AEC-2000 Series is a compact, fanless edge AI box PC built around the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano module. It is aimed at entry-level industrial AI deployments where a small footprint, wide-temperature operation and long-life availability matter more than peak throughput.

Two SKUs are offered. The AEC-2000-4GB pairs 4GB of LPDDR5 with a 512-core Ampere GPU and 16 Tensor Cores, while the AEC-2000-8GB doubles both the memory and the GPU to 1024 Ampere cores and 32 Tensor Cores. Both share the same 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, 128GB NVMe boot SSD and industrial carrier design.

I/O is deliberately industrial: GbE, HDMI 2.0, two USB 3.2 ports, a USB 2.0 Type-C recovery port and a 2x10-pin header exposing I2C, UART and 9-bit digital I/O for direct sensor and actuator hook-up. DC 9-24V input, MIL-STD-810G vibration qualification and -25°C to 50°C operation make it deployable in vehicles, kiosks, factory cells and outdoor cabinets.

QS Compute supplies the AEC-2000 Series with JetPack 6.2 validated images, regional power adapters and volume pricing for OEM programmes.

Key Benefits

Fanless Jetson Orin Nano platform with no moving parts; dual 4GB/8GB SKUs scaling Ampere GPU cores and Tensor Cores; MIL-STD-810G/H ruggedisation with -25°C to 50°C operating range; wide DC 9-24V input for vehicle and battery-powered installations; exposed I2C/UART/DIO header for direct industrial sensor integration; NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 software stack support out of the box.

Applications

Edge video analytics and IP camera inference; machine vision inspection on production lines; autonomous mobile robots and AGV perception; smart city and traffic monitoring; kiosk and digital signage AI; industrial IoT gateways with local inference.
