Overview
VersaLogic has built rugged embedded computers for over four decades, specialising in the PC/104, PCIe/104, EPU and EPIC form factors used when a design must survive shock, vibration and wide temperature swings with a multi-year supply commitment.
The EPU embedded processing unit line includes the Apollo Lake-based Harrier VL-EPU-4011, the x86 Owl VL-EPU-4012, the high-performance Blackbird VL-EPU-4562, plus the VL-EPU-4460, VL-EPU-5120, VL-EPU-5121 and VL-EPU-5530. The VL-ESU-5070 embedded server unit targets higher compute within the same rugged mechanical envelope.
For stackable expansion the Sabertooth VL-EPMe-51 delivers a PCIe/104 embedded computer with Sabertooth Connect, while the BayCat VL-EPM-31 is a low-power PC/104-Plus single board computer. All boards are extended-temperature rated, shock and vibration tested, and US-designed and supported.
