Overview

The Ezurio Nitrogen95 SMARC is an NXP i.MX 95 module built to the SMARC 2.2 specification: a 314-pin connector on an 82 x 50 mm module footprint defined by PICMG. It provides pin-level and mechanical compatibility with existing SMARC 2.2 carriers.

Six Cortex-A55 cores run at up to 1.8 GHz, giving a clear performance step over the Nitrogen93 (i.MX 93) and Nitrogen8M Plus designs it succeeds. Because the module keeps the SMARC footprint, teams already on those platforms can migrate with carrier-level changes rather than a full redesign.

Wireless is optional and factory-certified: Wi-Fi 6/6E with Bluetooth 5.4 feeding MHF4 connectors for pre-certified external antennas, which avoids re-running radio certification per enclosure. The module runs from a single 5 V supply with selectable 1.8 V or 3.3 V I/O, and is manufactured in the USA.
