Overview
The Banana Pi BPI-M7 is a high-performance single board computer built on the Rockchip RK3588 SoC. It pairs an 8-core 64-bit CPU with a Mali-G610 MP4 GPU and a 6 TOPS NPU, making it suitable for on-device edge AI inference, computer vision and 8K media workloads.
An M.2 Key M slot accepts NVMe SSDs up to 2280 length, while dual 2.5GbE and on-board WiFi 6 provide flexible connectivity for gateways, NAS and industrial edge appliances. The 40-pin GPIO header is fully compatible with Raspberry Pi add-on modules.
