Overview
The Banana Pi BPI-AIM7 is an RK3588-based system-on-module that drops onto a 260-pin SO-DIMM connector. It is pin-compatible with the NVIDIA Jetson TX2 NX carrier ecosystem, offering a drop-in alternative for edge AI designs.
It carries a 6 TOPS NPU, up to 32GB LPDDR4x and up to 128GB eMMC on a 12-layer PCB measuring 69.6 x 45 mm, and is supported by both Rockchip official and community Linux/Android distributions.
