Overview

The Phison Pascari D-Series is a family of PCIe Gen5 data center SSDs spanning the D200, the read-intensive D200P and the ultra-high-capacity D200V. The D200 tops out at 7.68 TB in E1.S 9.5 mm and 15 mm form factors and meets the OCP Datacenter NVMe SSD Specification 2.0 for streamlined hyperscale and open-compute deployment.

The D200P is purpose-built for read-heavy environments — large-scale querying, AI inference and high-volume data retrieval — reaching up to 14,000 MB/s sequential read and 3,300K IOPS random read at 1 DWPD. The D200V is the flagship: a read-intensive drive achieving 61.44 TB per drive (and up to 245.76 TB in a single U.2 unit, which won the COMPUTEX Best Choice Golden Award), letting one D200V replace the capacity of roughly ten HDDs. It delivers up to 14.0 GB/s sequential read and 2,000K IOPS random read across U.2, E1.L, E3.L and E3.S form factors.
