The Memblaze PBlaze7 7A40 Series is the company's first ultra-high-capacity PCIe 5.0 QLC enterprise NVMe SSD family, scaling to 122.88TB per drive to meet the massive storage density demands of AI data centers. Built on the latest-generation NAND, the 7A40 delivers up to 14.2GB/s sequential read bandwidth and 3.35 million IOPS random read performance, positioning it for large-scale model training, inference KV-cache tiering and general hyperscale workloads.

The QLC-based 'Ocean' members of the 7A40 family combine extreme capacity with enterprise reliability features including power-loss protection and enterprise endurance ratings, while TLC members serve latency-sensitive tiered workloads. The 2.5-inch U.2 form factor enables drop-in deployment across mainstream NVMe backplanes and GPU server storage sleds.
