Overview
Winsonic's BC-series fanless box PCs occupy the practical middle of the industrial computer market: sealed aluminium enclosures, passive cooling, wide DC input and long-lifecycle Intel or ARM platforms, sized for machines and vehicles rather than racks. The range spans five documented models covering three chassis families.
The BC01 family is the entry point, built on the Intel Celeron J6412 from the Elkhart Lake generation. The BC01-0M0A is the standard compact model, and the BC01-0M0A-M12 substitutes M12 circular connectors for standard I/O so cabling cannot work loose under continuous vibration — the usual requirement for vehicle and mobile installations. Both operate from -10 C to +55 C.
The BC05 family adds performance and range. BC05-0M0B uses an 11th Gen Intel Core i7, i5 or i3 processor in an aluminium-cover chassis, while BC05-0J0G pairs the Core and Celeron options with a wider -20 C to +65 C operating window and a 9 to 36 VDC input, which covers both 12 V and 24 V vehicle systems. At the low-power end, the BC09-S5P6818 is an ARM Cortex-A53 octa-core box PC for control and gateway roles where x86 is unnecessary.
Key Benefits
Fanless aluminium enclosures for dust, vibration and fan-failure-sensitive sites. Wide-temperature operation to -20 C to +65 C on the BC05-0J0G. 9 to 36 VDC input covering 12 V and 24 V vehicle supplies. M12 connector option for vibration-proof cabling, plus an ARM Cortex-A53 model for low-power roles.
Applications
Factory automation and machine control, vehicle-mounted and mobile computing, self-service kiosks and terminals, low-power gateway and edge nodes, and ruggedised deployments in transportation, marine and hazardous-area environments.
