Overview
The InWin IW-RN224-03 is a 2U twin-node chassis: two independent server nodes share a single enclosure, each with its own ATX board, memory, I/O and two internal 2.5-inch SSDs, while twenty-four 2.5-inch hot-swap bays are split across the two nodes.
Each node has its own Mini-SAS HD backplane with an LSI 35 x 36R 12 Gb/s expander and five 40 x 28 mm PWM fans on an anti-vibration modular mount. Power is a 1200 W 80 PLUS Platinum CRPS supply with a PDB for cable management. Net weight is 17.95 kg.
