Overview

oToBrite manufactures automotive-grade GMSL2 camera modules spanning 1 MP to 8 MP, built to IATF 16949 quality standards with IP67/IP69K protection and supplied in rugged housings for outdoor and vehicle-mounted use. Because GMSL2 carries high-bandwidth video over a single thin coax cable with power and hardware synchronization, these modules are the natural camera layer for NVIDIA Jetson based autonomous robots and unmanned vehicles.

The sensor portfolio covers a wide set of SONY imagers so that resolution and light-sensitivity requirements can be matched precisely: IMX728 at 8 MP, IMX490 at 5 MP, ISX031 at 3 MP, ISX021 at 2 MP and ISX019 at 1 MP. Two additional models — iND880 and GW5 — embed indie CVP for on-camera computer vision processing rather than shipping raw sensor data downstream, and modules are produced with active alignment, with intrinsic calibration services available on request.

At the system level oToBrite offers oToSLAM, which integrates four automotive-grade surround-view cameras with a single ECU to deliver high-precision localisation and real-time 3D environmental perception in complex outdoor environments. For machines that physically separate camera heads from compute, a GMSL2 Repeater doubles the rugged camera link reach to 30 metres. Driver support is published for a broad set of Jetson partner platforms including ADLINK, Advantech, AVerMedia, Axiomtek, DFI, EverFocus and Neousys.

Key Benefits

IATF 16949 automotive quality with IP67/IP69K sealing for robots and unmanned vehicles operating outdoors. Six SONY sensor options from 1 MP to 8 MP let imaging requirements be met without changing the interface or driver stack. On-camera CVP models (iND880, GW5) pre-process vision data before transmission, reducing host compute and link bandwidth. 30 m reach with the GMSL2 Repeater for large machinery where the camera is far from the compute box. Published driver support across ADLINK, Advantech, Axiomtek, DFI, EverFocus and Neousys Jetson platforms.

Applications

Autonomous mobile robots and unmanned ground vehicles; ADAS and L2+ to L4 autonomous driving perception; surround-view and localisation via oToSLAM; agricultural and construction machinery; industrial safety and zone monitoring; intelligent transportation and traffic analytics.
