Overview
Mech-Mind's Mech-Eye line is a family of industrial 3D cameras engineered for robotic vision: bin picking, depalletizing, machine tending, piece picking, localization and assembly, and inline measurement. The portfolio spans compact structured-light cameras and long-range laser profilers, so a single vendor covers everything from palm-sized on-arm units to scanners that reach beyond three metres.
The lineup includes the UHP-140-GL high-precision short-range camera, the NANO and NANO ULTRA compact models for on-arm use, the PRO S-GL and PRO M-GL mid-range cameras for bin picking and machine tending, the ULTRA M-GL for difficult surfaces, and the LSR S-GL / L-GL / XL-GL laser profilers for long working distances. The ULTRA M-GL combines 5 MP depth and 12 MP RGB resolution with image acquisition as fast as 0.08 seconds, aimed at sub-1 mm thin parts, transparent objects and high-speed robotics.
Every Mech-Eye camera uses a rugged, fanless aluminium housing rated IP65 and carries CE, FCC, VCCI, KC, ISED, NRTL and RoHS certifications with an MTBF of at least 100,000 hours, so units tolerate dust, moisture, vibration, high temperatures and electromagnetic interference in production environments. Cameras integrate with Mech-Mind's Mech-Vision, Mech-Viz and Mech-DLK software for point-cloud processing, robot planning and deep-learning inference.
