Overview
LUCID Vision Labs builds a deliberately small-format camera line. The Phoenix puts a full GigE Vision camera into a 24 x 24 mm envelope, while the Triton adds IP67 lens tubes for dusty and washdown cells without changing the 29 x 29 mm footprint used for mounting brackets and cable routing.
At the top of the range the Atlas family moves to 5GBASE-T and then 10GigE with RDMA, which lets captured frames be written straight into host memory with minimal CPU involvement. The Atlas10 SWIR models add short-wave infrared imaging on Sony SenSWIR InGaAs sensors for inspection that visible-light cameras cannot resolve.
Every family exposes the same GenICam interface and Arena SDK, so a system can mix a small Phoenix on a robot arm with a high-bandwidth Atlas on the gantry and manage both from one application.
Key Benefits
One-cable PoE deployment on Triton and Phoenix, 24 x 24 mm miniature form factor for space-limited cells, and a single SDK across GigE, 5GBASE-T, 10GigE and SWIR so mixed-fleet systems share one integration.
Applications
Robotics and cobot vision, automated optical inspection, packaging and label verification, food and beverage sorting, electronics assembly, warehouse logistics, and SWIR inspection of moisture, fill level and product interior.
