Overview
The fxo935xCX12-4C and fxo936xCX12-4C extend Allied Vision's FXO CXP line with four CoaXPress-12 connections, combining Sony Pregius S sensors with the bandwidth of a multi-link CXP-12 interface. Allied Vision announced the pair on 6 July 2026.
Four CXP-12 links give the headroom needed to move high-resolution, high-frame-rate Sony Pregius S data streams without compression. The trade-off versus 10/100GigE is that CXP requires a frame grabber and coax cabling — the standard choice where determinism and latency matter more than cabling simplicity. The passively cooled housing keeps the camera compact for tight cell geometry.
Key Benefits
4-link CoaXPress-12 bandwidth for high-resolution streaming, Sony Pregius S sensors for low-noise global-shutter imaging, and a compact passively cooled housing for dense multi-camera cells.
Applications
Semiconductor wafer and PCB inspection, high-speed print and web inspection, flat-panel display inspection, and multi-camera CXP vision systems.
