Overview
The Graperain A733 is an Allwinner A733 development platform built around a gold-finger system-on-module and a companion carrier board. The A733 SoC pairs two Cortex-A76 cores with six Cortex-A55 cores in a big.LITTLE configuration running up to 2.0 GHz, alongside a XuanTie E902 RISC-V coprocessor and a 3 TOPS NPU.
The module carries LPDDR5 memory and eMMC/UFS storage, and exposes PCIe 3.0 through the carrier for M.2 NVMe expansion. Graphics come from an Imagination BXM-4-64 MC1 GPU with OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.3 and OpenCL 3.0 support, feeding HDMI 2.0b, MIPI-DSI, LVDS and eDP display outputs plus dual-camera MIPI-CSI inputs.
The SoM measures 69.6 × 38 mm with a 260-pin, 0.5 mm-pitch gold-finger connector, and the carrier board measures 130 × 90 mm. Graperain supplies hardware manuals, schematics, source code and development tools, with software support for Android 15, Buildroot and Debian 11.
