Overview
The Digilent Cora Z7 is a compact Zynq-7000 SoC board offered in Cora Z7-07S (XC7Z007S) and Cora Z7-10 (XC7Z010) variants with a 667 MHz ARM Cortex-A9 processing system. The 7S version provides 3,600 logic slices, 225 KB of block RAM and 66 DSP slices alongside 512 MB of DDR3L memory.
It brings a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB-UART and USB 2.0 host PHY, plus an Arduino shield connector and Pmod expansion for add-on hardware. It is fully compatible with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and Vitis, making it one of the lowest-cost entry points into Zynq hardware/software co-design.
