Overview
The InWin IW-RSA424-02M is a 4U storage chassis with twenty-four 2.5/3.5-inch SAS or SATA hot-swap bays driven through an active SAS3 backplane fitted with a Broadcom SAS 35x36R 12 Gb/s expander. Three Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) host links feed all twenty-four drives, and the chassis takes a single ATX/CEB/EEB board.
It provides seven full-height PCIe slots for RAID controllers, HBAs or network adapters, four hot-swap 10,000 RPM 80 mm fans, and a 1600 W 80 PLUS Platinum CRPS power supply. It is the single-node counterpart to InWin's dual-node RN424-04.
