Overview

The IDS uEye SCP with the Sony IMX900 joins the uEye Live monitoring portfolio as a compact Gigabit Ethernet camera with a global shutter. The IMX900 is a Pregius S sensor with a 2.25 µm pixel in a 1/3.1 inch format, giving 3.15 MP of distortion-free imaging for monitoring and inspection tasks.

It delivers three parallel streams over RTSP or HTTP at up to 30 fps Full HD, so a single camera can feed a live view, a recording and an analytics pipeline simultaneously. Firmware version 1.3 adds RTSPS for encrypted streaming, in-browser playback of recordings, and full parameter-set export/import for fast multi-camera deployment.

Because it is a standard GigE Vision / GenICam device with a C-mount, the uEye SCP integrates with existing vision software and optics and can be deployed alongside other uEye cameras on the same network.
