Overview
Headwall's HELIOS family is a set of hyperspectral imaging core cameras available in VNIR (400–1000 nm), SWIR (~930–1700 nm) and MWIR (2.9–4.2 µm) configurations. Each unit is factory-calibrated and optically aligned so data is comparable across production lines.
The HELIOS EQ32 adds integrated classification, and the ALPHA G100 real-time processing platform moves spectral analysis onto the camera so decisions are made inline rather than offline.
Key Benefits
VNIR/SWIR/MWIR coverage from one family, on-camera real-time classification via the EQ32 and ALPHA G100, and factory calibration for line-to-line comparability.
Applications
Chemical and material composition analysis, industrial sortation, inline process control, and remote-sensing/defense spectral imaging.
