Overview
The Basler boost R boA5320-150cm is a CoaXPress 2.0 (CXP-12) area-scan camera that pairs a Sony IMX532 1.1-inch global-shutter sensor with a CXP-12 link to deliver 16.1 MP at 150 fps. That combination — high resolution and high frame rate at the same time — is what CXP-12 exists for; a GigE or USB3 camera simply cannot move this much data.
The IMX532 gives 5320 × 3032 pixels on a 14.6 × 8.3 mm die with 2.74 µm pixels. The camera carries a C-mount, F-mount and M42 × 0.75 / M42 × 1 mount option set, 8/10/12-bit output, one digital input and two general-purpose I/O lines, and draws 11 W typical. The 45 × 80 × 80 mm box runs to 50 °C.
