Overview

The NEXCOM ATC3760-IP7-T4/-T5 is a rugged rolling-stock edge AI computer that puts NVIDIA's Blackwell-based Jetson AGX Thor platform into a fully IP67-rated, fanless enclosure. Two module options cover the range: the T4000 with 64GB of 256-bit LPDDR5X and the T5000 with 128GB, the latter delivering up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute — roughly 7.5× the performance of the previous Jetson AGX Orin generation. NEXCOM designs the system for rail environments specifically: rail DC 9–36VDC power input with ignition control, vibration-tolerant M12 locking connectors instead of consumer-grade ports, a -25°C to 60°C operating window, and compatibility with 2U rackmount installation in rolling stock cabinets. The isolated I/O set is extended across the -T48C and -T58CF variants, making the ATC3760 suitable for onboard video analytics, passenger-counting, track inspection, and predictive-maintenance workloads that must run reliably on moving trains without active cooling.
