Overview
The Spirent TestCenter B2 appliance family brings the industry's first and highest-density 800G Ethernet test platform to large-capacity lab validation. In four- and eight-port variants, the B2 packs QSFP-DD800 and OSFP800 interfaces supporting 1×800G, 2×400G, 4×200G and 8×100G at 112 Gbps PAM4 per lane, for up to 6.4 Tbps of test traffic in a single appliance.
The platform is built for validating AI-scale data-center fabrics — signal integrity, FEC, latency and resiliency across Layer 2 through Layer 3 — and supports optical transceivers, passive copper DAC and active electrical cables. A Stratum-3 oscillator provides tight line clocking (±1 PPM on initial shipment), backed by L1 debug tools and Intelligent Results analysis.
