Overview
The InnoGrit IG5666 is a PCIe Gen5 x4 NVMe 2.0 SSD controller built on a 12nm multi-core, low-voltage process. It targets the high-performance client segment, pairing up to 2400 MT/s DRAM with SLC caching to reach 14 GB/s sequential read, 11 GB/s sequential write and up to 3.0 million random read IOPS.
It shipped first in the TEAMGROUP T-FORCE GE PRO PCIe 5.0 SSD, where its 14 GB/s read was measured roughly 13% faster than prior flagship Gen5 drives built on the Phison E26 controller. On-controller thermal sensors, 4K LDPC ECC and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring make it suitable for sustained AI-PC and workstation workloads.
Key Benefits
14 GB/s sequential read at the top of the Gen5 client class. 12nm multi-core, low-voltage design for efficiency. 2400 MT/s DRAM + SLC caching for sustained throughput. 4K LDPC and thermal regulation for data integrity under load.
Applications
AI-capable PCs, gaming systems, creator and engineering workstations, and high-throughput client NVMe SSDs.
