Overview
The GW Instek GDS-3000A series combines 1 GHz bandwidth with an industry-leading 200 Mpts memory depth per channel, letting engineers capture long-duration events while maintaining high sampling rate even at slow timebase settings. Two- and four-channel models are offered, and an optional 16-channel logic-analyser module upgrades either to a mixed-signal oscilloscope.
Frequency-domain work is covered by a built-in dual-channel spectrum analyzer with spectrogram display, while a comprehensive switching-mode power-supply test suite spans power quality, harmonics, inrush, ripple/noise, transient response, Bode and PSRR, switching loss, SOA and magnetics B-H analysis. A standard 25 MHz dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator and a built-in current-probe power supply reduce external equipment needs.
