Overview

Cervoz builds industrial M.2 NVMe SSDs for fanless PCs, embedded systems and edge AI nodes where commercial drives fail. The portfolio splits into eight families spanning PCIe Gen3 x2 up to PCIe Gen4 x4, with capacities from 64 GB in the compact M.2 2230 form factor through to 3840 GB in the M.2 2280 T441.

Most families carry a -40 C to +85 C wide-temperature rating, and the higher-end models add a DRAM cache buffer. The T436 is the pick for write-critical applications: it is the only family in the line-up with Powerguard power-loss protection, and it pairs that with Dynamic Thermal Throttling firmware and heatsink or graphene-pad cooling to survive vibration, shock and high-temperature duty cycles.

Because these drives are deployed in cabinets, vehicles and unsupervised edge sites, Cervoz also invests in serviceability features — FlashMonitor temperature monitoring and alerting, AES-256 encryption, secure erase and end-to-end data protection — so a field failure is visible before it becomes an outage.

Key Benefits

Wide-temperature operation from -40 C to +85 C across the industrial families, with Powerguard power-loss protection on the T436 for sudden power cuts. Capacities scale from 64 GB M.2 2230 modules to 3840 GB PCIe Gen4 x4 drives at 7,100 MB/s read, so one supplier covers IoT sensor nodes through to edge AI inference servers. DRAM cache buffers, wear leveling, conformal coating and anti-vibration filling extend service life in vibration- and humidity-heavy deployments.

Applications

Edge AI and AIoT inference nodes; fanless industrial PCs and space-limited embedded systems; real-time process monitoring and high-frequency data logging; autonomous and in-vehicle systems; machine vision cameras and controllers; industrial gateways running local databases and event logs; and server and cloud edge nodes requiring wide-temperature storage.
