Overview
The Sundance VCS3 Stack is a compact single-board-computer stack built on the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC, which combines multi-core ARM processing with FPGA programmable logic on a single device. At roughly 70 grams for the complete stack, Sundance describes it as likely the lightest Zynq MPSoC-based SBC available.
The platform integrates high-speed LPDDR4 memory, four MIPI camera interfaces, a 9-axis IMU and CAN bus connectivity, with USB-C providing both communications and power. That mix is aimed squarely at vision, control and sensor-processing applications where size and weight are at a premium.
Key Benefits
AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC (ARM + FPGA) · ~70 g complete stack · 4x MIPI camera inputs · 9-axis IMU and CAN bus · USB-C power and data.
Applications
Compact machine-vision and imaging, robotics and drone control, sensor-fusion nodes, and weight-constrained embedded systems.
