The Altera Agilex 7 AGFB023R25A2E3V is the F-series flagship of the Agilex 7 FPGA family, pairing a ~2.3 million logic-element fabric with 116 Gbps PAM4 transceivers, PCIe 5.0 / CXL and 400G Ethernet hard IP. It is the device class used for data-centre acceleration cards, 400G/800G line cards and high-throughput signal-processing designs.
The R25 package is the HBM-capable, high-ball-count package family of Agilex 7, so the same ordering code can be populated in designs that need either external DDR5/LPDDR5 or co-packaged HBM2e bandwidth. The -2 speed grade is the fastest standard grade, chosen for designs that must close timing on 400G-class serial interfaces.
