Overview
The LatticeXP2 family combines a LUT-based FPGA fabric with non-volatile Flash cells in Lattice's flexiFLASH architecture. Because configuration is stored on-chip, devices are instant-on at power-up and offer infinite reconfigurability with FlashBAK embedded block memory and serial TAG memory for design security.
The family spans 5K to 40K LUT4s with 86 to 540 I/Os, up to 885 Kbit of sysMEM embedded block RAM, up to 83 Kbit distributed RAM and 3 to 8 sysDSP multiply-accumulate blocks, all operating from a 1.2 V core. Pre-engineered source-synchronous I/O supports DDR/DDR2 up to 200 MHz and 7:1 LVDS up to 600 Mbps, and the parts support 128-bit AES encryption, dual-boot and TransFR live update. Design entry uses Lattice Diamond software, with automotive-qualified (LA-LatticeXP2) variants available.
Key Benefits
