Overview
The OnLogic Helix 320 (HX320) is a low-profile, fanless industrial edge gateway powered by Intel N-Series 'Twin Lake' processors. With four independent 2.5 GbE ports and configurable serial I/O, it is positioned for edge networking, data collection, machine control and digital-signage roles where cabinet space and service life matter.
The system ships in two SKUs — an efficient N250 4-core model with 8 GB of LPDDR5, and an N355 8-core model with 16 GB — both in the same sealed, fanless 180 x 120 x 32 mm chassis. Triple-display output, M.2 storage and wireless expansion, and TPM 2.0 security are standard, and OnLogic commits to a five-year product lifecycle with optional out-of-band management arriving in Q1 2027.
Key Benefits
Four 2.5GbE ports in a palm-sized fanless chassis make the HX320 a natural edge-network or multi-subnet gateway. Dual M.2 plus 4G/5G and Wi-Fi 6/7 options keep connectivity flexible. Triple independent displays and a wide 12-36 V DC input suit kiosk and vehicle deployments, and a five-year lifecycle protects long-field service commitments.
Applications
Industrial edge gateways, machine control and automation, digital signage, IoT data collection, kiosk and point-of-sale, thin-client and remote-managed edge nodes, in-vehicle and outdoor-cabinet deployments.
