Overview
The ARBOR FPC-8108W-G1 is a ruggedized fanless box PC that supports an NVIDIA GPU up to 150W while maintaining a sealed enclosure. It uses a 10th Generation Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3 processor on the Intel W480E chipset, which provides vPro-class manageability alongside the discrete GPU.
Memory support reaches 64GB of DDR4-2933, and storage combines two 2.5in bays with an externally accessible CFast socket for field-swappable boot media. Three independent displays can be driven through HDMI, analog RGB and DVI-D outputs.
Networking includes a 2.5GbE port plus two GbE ports, one of which carries Intel AMT 14.0 for out-of-band access. Four serial ports (two configurable RS-232/422/485), eight USB ports and a DB25 digital I/O connector covering eight inputs and eight outputs handle peripheral integration.
The defining characteristic is the thermal envelope: a 35W TDP CPU keeps the unit rated from -20°C to 70°C fanless, and the platform still accommodates a 150W GPU with derating to -20°C to 45°C. That makes it suitable for GPU inference in cabinets, vehicles and outdoor enclosures where forced-air cooling is impractical.
Key Benefits
150W NVIDIA GPU support in a fully fanless chassis; -20 to 70°C operation with a 35W CPU; triple independent display outputs; 2.5GbE plus dual GbE with Intel AMT 14.0; externally accessible CFast for field service; 3 Grms vibration and 40G shock tolerance; DB25 isolated digital I/O.
Applications
GPU-accelerated industrial inspection; outdoor and cabinet-mounted inference; medical device imaging; vehicle-based AI systems; edge video analytics with GPU decoding; ruggedised HMI and control hosts.
