Overview
The ARBOR FPC-8109-G1 is a robust industrial box PC built for machine vision, imaging and instrumentation roles that need real add-in card expansion. It accepts a 10th Generation Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3 processor on an LGA1200 socket and provides up to five PCIe or PCI slots, enough for frame grabbers, motion control cards, isolated digital I/O and network adapters in a single chassis.
A discrete NVIDIA GPU up to 150W can be fitted alongside the add-in cards, enabling GPU-accelerated inference on the same platform that hosts capture and control hardware. Memory scales to 64GB of DDR4-2933 across two SO-DIMM sockets, and storage combines two 2.5in drive bays with an externally accessible CFast socket for field-replaceable boot media.
Networking covers three RJ-45 ports spanning GbE and 2.5GbE, with Intel AMT remote management available when the W480E chipset option is selected. Serial support includes four RS-232 ports plus two configurable RS-232/422/485 ports, and a DB25 connector carries eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs.
The fanless chassis operates from -20°C to 70°C with a 35W TDP CPU, tolerates 3 Grms vibration and 40G operating shock, and runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux.
Key Benefits
