Overview
The ARBOR FPC-5211 Series is the wider-SKU sibling of the FPC-5210, using the same MXM 3.1 Type A/B slot and Intel R680E platform but pairing it with an NVIDIA RTX A2000 MXM module. Five SKUs cover network and connector permutations, including M12 X-coded Ethernet for shock-and-vibration-prone installations.
Compute support spans 12th, 13th and 14th Generation Intel Core processors at up to 35W TDP, with DDR5-4800 memory up to 64GB in ECC or non-ECC form. The MXM slot runs on PCIe Gen5 x16, and display outputs can be sourced from either the MXM module or the integrated Intel HD Graphics 770 under BIOS control.
Network configurations range from a five-port layout (three 2.5GbE plus dual 10GbE) to a six-port PoE variant for camera arrays, with Intel AMT 16.0 available on the GbE management port. Two mPCIe slots with SIM sockets support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G/LTE or GPS radios.
Applications that benefit include rail and transit monitoring, where M12 connectors resist vibration, and outdoor MEC nodes, where fanless operation and isolated digital I/O reduce maintenance and cabling complexity.
Key Benefits
MXM RTX A2000 in a fanless chassis for compact GPU inference; five SKUs including M12 X-coded Ethernet for high-vibration environments; DDR5 ECC memory support to 64GB; mixed 2.5GbE and 10GbE uplinks plus PoE camera ports; isolated 2KV digital I/O banks; Intel AMT 16.0 remote management; -20 to 55°C fanless operation.
Applications
Rail and transit wayside AI systems; roadside and tolling inference cabinets; wind and solar farm monitoring; outdoor MEC nodes; machine vision on moving equipment; harsh-environment edge analytics with M12 connectivity.
