Overview

The NEXCOM NDiS V1100 is a fanless embedded computer built around an 11th Generation Intel Core (Tiger Lake UP3) processor, designed for multi-display visual applications that must run unattended for years. Its defining feature is four independent HDMI 2.0b outputs, each capable of driving 4K resolution at 60Hz, so a single 1.6-litre-class chassis can feed a four-panel video wall or a bank of menu boards without any display distribution hardware.

Two non-ECC DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots accept up to 64GB, and an M.2 2280 Key M slot with PCIe x4 signalling provides fast local storage for media libraries or edge analytics. A mini-PCIe slot is retained for Wi-Fi or LTE modules, which means the unit can be deployed to locations with no wired connectivity.

Because the chassis is passively cooled there are no fans to fail or filters to service — the practical reason fanless systems get specified for signage in high-traffic or dusty environments. Dual gigabit Ethernet (Intel I219LM and I225V controllers), two serial ports, four USB ports and a 4-in/4-out GPIO block cover the usual signage and kiosk peripheral set.

QS Compute supplies the NEXCOM NDiS V1100 series for B2B deployments, including multi-unit video wall rollouts. Volume pricing and configuration support are available on request.

Key Benefits

Four native 4K@60Hz HDMI outputs in a fanless chassis — a single box per video wall. Dual Intel gigabit Ethernet enables network-segmented signage or dual-homed control networks. Up to 64GB DDR4-3200 and M.2 PCIe x4 storage handle large local media and edge inference workloads. No fans, no filters — lower failure rate and no scheduled maintenance in dusty retail or industrial environments.

Applications

Digital signage and video walls, quick-service restaurant menu boards, control-room and operations-centre displays, transportation information boards, retail window displays and kiosk controllers.
