Use Case
AmpereOne is Ampere's second-generation architecture and moves from DDR4/PCIe Gen4 to DDR5 and PCIe Gen5 while raising the core ceiling to 192. The 32X is the highest-throughput bin and is commonly deployed for web-scale serving, container platforms and Arm-native inference where core count and memory bandwidth per rack unit dominate. Direct-die cooling is used on the core tile, so the correct heatsink and mounting hardware must be specified with the socket.
