Overview
The Zebra CV70 series are CoaXPress machine vision cameras designed for high-speed, high-resolution, multi-camera systems. Built to the CXP 2.1 standard, they use GMAX CMOS sensors in 5, 9, 18 and 25 MP versions and support single- or dual-link CXP-12 connections in color or monochrome.
Frame rates range from 41 to 289 fps depending on model, and the compact cameras draw only 4 W with passive cooling and power over CoaXPress (PoCXP) or 24 VDC supply. Zebra's Aurora software suite (Design Assistant, Vision Studio and Imaging Library) provides the development environment, making the CV70 suited to semiconductor and electronics inspection where very large image streams must move from camera to processor.
Key Benefits
CoaXPress 2.1 CXP-12 · 5 to 25 MP GMAX CMOS sensors · 41-289 fps · single or dual CXP-12 link · 4 W passive cooling with PoCXP · Zebra Aurora software ecosystem.
Applications
Semiconductor and electronics inspection, high-speed multi-camera machine vision, scientific and medical imaging, and defence/surveillance imaging.
