Overview
The onsemi AR0234CS is a 1/2.6-inch 2.3 MP CMOS digital image sensor with a 1920 × 1200 active-pixel array built on a 3.0 µm global shutter pixel. It is optimised for accurate, fast capture of moving scenes at 120 frames per second at full resolution, producing clear, low-noise images in both low-light and bright conditions.
The sensor provides an industry-leading global shutter efficiency plus a wide feature set — auto-exposure control, windowing, row-skip and column-skip modes, pixel binning, and both video and single-frame modes — programmed through a simple two-wire serial interface. It supports one, two or four lanes of MIPI CSI-2 and is frequently used in Full HD industrial USB and GigE cameras.
