Overview
FRAMOS Sensor Modules (FSM) package a Sony image sensor together with the power rails, clocking and interface circuitry that are otherwise the hard part of embedding a high-resolution sensor. That shortens a camera design from months of board iterations to a mechanical and software integration task — particularly valuable for large-format sensors, where small mechanical deviations and board flex visibly degrade image quality.
The range covers board-level MIPI CSI-2 modules such as the 4.2 MP FSM-IMX464 and the 247 MP FSM-IMX811 large-format module, plus the FSM:GO line of fully housed GMSL3 camera modules such as the FSM:GO-IMX900C-M12H-L102B-GMSL3A-A1Q1 — a 3.2 MP global-shutter camera with a 102 degree lens and FAKRA connector, built for robotics and outdoor installations where processor and camera sit metres apart. Standardised FSA sensor adapters and FPA processor adapters connect the modules to NVIDIA Jetson and other embedded vision platforms.
