Overview
Emergent Vision Technologies introduced the world's first 200GigE camera platform at VISION 2026 in Stuttgart, extending the company's run of firsts from 10GigE and 25GigE through 100GigE. The HYPERION HYPERION-series area-scan and STRATOS line-scan cameras move imaging streams of 200 Gb/s over a single QSFP56 connection and are GigE Vision 3.0 and RDMA compliant.
The HYPERION AH-21000-G pairs the Gpixel GSPRINT4521 sensor with a 21 MP image at up to 1,000 frames per second. The STRATOS LST-16KG5 line-scan uses the backside-illuminated Gpixel GLT5016BSI for 16K resolution with up to 256 TDI stages and line rates reaching one million lines per second.
The AEOLUS family adds on-camera H.265 compression: the AA-12000-SB-H and AA-25000-SB-H deliver 12.4 MP at 187 fps and 25 MP at 105 fps over auto-negotiating 10/5/2.5/1GigE RJ45 PoE, enabling direct-to-cloud workflows for sports analytics and volumetric capture. New BOLT 25GigE and ZENITH 100GigE models with new Sony sensors reach 113 fps at 105 MP.
