Overview
The TIM-048 is a compact thermal monitoring camera built on the FLIR Lepton 2.5 radiometric sensor. Its 80 x 60 microbolometer array with 17 micrometre pixels covers the 8 to 14 micrometre longwave infrared band at 8.7 Hz, with a scene dynamic range of -10 to +450 C and +/-5 C radiometric accuracy. Wi-Fi, a 5 megapixel visible camera and a built-in dual-band antenna make it a fixed-point temperature monitor rather than a thermal imager.
ARBOR TIM-048 is a thermal monitoring solution with an intuitive interface, Wi-Fi connectivity, and compact design. Ideal for industrial applications requiring precise temperature management and easy installation. OEM/ODM details, please contact us!
Key Benefits
Radiometric output gives an actual temperature per pixel rather than a colour image, and the integrated Wi-Fi and 5 MP visible camera let one unit be mounted and networked without extra cabling.
Applications
Continuous temperature monitoring of machinery and electrical cabinets, overheat detection on production equipment, cold-chain and process verification, and fixed thermal screening points.
