The SINTRONES IBOX-601-TVI8 is an NVIDIA Jetson Orin-powered edge AI computer engineered specifically for sites that already run analog HD cameras. It accepts up to eight TVI/AHD cameras natively through BNC connectors, so operators can layer real-time video analytics, object detection and event recognition onto existing bus, truck, surveillance and industrial camera fleets without replacing cameras, cabling or mounts.
Processing comes from either a NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB module (100 TOPS) or a power-efficient Orin Nano 8GB module (40 TOPS), both running NVIDIA JetPack 6.2. Connectivity is built for mobile and industrial installations: 2.5GbE plus Gigabit Ethernet, CAN FD for vehicle bus integration, serial and digital I/O, HDMI, and expansion for WWAN, GNSS and Wi-Fi.
A front-facing I/O architecture keeps cabling serviceable in tight vehicle installations, while the 9–60VDC wide-range input with smart power management, ignition control and battery backup support protects against vehicle voltage transients and ignition cycling. The fanless chassis is rated for -25°C to 65°C operation and complies with MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock testing, making the IBOX-601-TVI8 a practical migration platform for intelligent transportation, fleet management, mobile surveillance and industrial AI video analytics.
